Redbreast 12 Years Old è un Irish whiskey Single Pot Still ottenuto da orzo maltato e non maltato e maturato in botti ex-sherry. Distillato tre volte in alambicchi di rame, rappresenta uno stile tradizionale irlandese, caratterizzato da equilibrio tra struttura e morbidezza.

Al naso è complesso, con note speziate, fruttate e legno tostato. Il sorso è pieno e armonico, con richiami cremosi, frutta matura e influenze dello sherry. Finale lungo e persistente, con ritorni speziati e tostati.
